Kitchen: splash-back area re-tiled, granite floor changed to engineered wood floor, cabinets painted into white, walls olive green, ceiling white. Before painting, walls and ceiling washed with sugar soap and primed accordingly. Door needed to be adjusted because of floor covering thickness growth.
Hallway:repainted walls in light blue, ceiling and coving white
Bathroom: tiles removed, large mirror protected, shower tray, sink, toilet and under sink MDF cabinetry removed, new wall built up. All bathroom tiled, Granite tops flushed to continue black tile decorative line, new shower tray, wash sink and toilet installed with new taps and shower mixer.
